Pianos moved the right way
Different pianos need different handling. We bring the equipment and the plan for yours.
Upright pianos
Console, studio and full uprights moved on proper piano trolleys, strapped and padded through doorways and stairs.
Grand & baby grand
Grands are carefully dismantled where needed (legs and lyre), skid-boarded, wrapped and secured for transport.
Stairs & tight access
Steps, narrow halls and awkward entries are planned in advance so your piano is never forced or dropped.

Experience your piano deserves
Pianos are heavy, top-heavy and precious. We use the correct trolleys, skids, straps and padding, plan the access before the day, and move slowly and deliberately so your instrument arrives safe. We’ll also suggest letting it settle before tuning.

Get a quoteDo you move both upright and grand pianos?
Yes. We move uprights of all sizes and grands, including baby grands. Grands are carefully dismantled where needed, skid-boarded and wrapped for safe transport.
Can you move a piano up or down stairs?
Yes. Stairs, narrow halls and tight entries are planned before the day with the right trolleys, straps and crew so the piano is never forced.
Will my piano need tuning after the move?
Most pianos benefit from a tune once they’ve settled in the new spot for a week or two. We don’t tune, but we’ll happily advise on timing.
How do you price a piano move?
On the type of piano, the access at both ends (stairs, lifts, doorways) and the distance, as a clear written quote, not a vague estimate.
